The primary role of the Advanced Technology Project Manager is to manage a small portfolio of research projects associated with internal and external customers. Most of these projects are co-funded programs. Typically, each project has a budget of less than $800K per year and is executed by a consortium of partners. Project resources are managed by line managers. The Project Manager is responsible for interacting with internal and external customers, as well as planning, controlling, reporting, and executing the project within the boundaries defined by Honeywell and customer processes.

Bid & Proposals:
Responsible for leading small to medium project proposals. Possess good knowledge of the B&P process, proposal conditions, and rules (knowledge of the call T&Cs). Manage the proposal, including creating and executing the proposal plan/checklist. Support technical experts during the preparation of the proposal. Work under supervision and in alignment with the relevant Program Manager. Facilitate communication with various functions (Legal & Contract, Finance, Sales, etc.).Responsible for a small project portfolio within a defined area:
Project planning and execution, including initial effort estimations, scope definition, budget management, and milestone management. Define and execute financial plans. Prepare and execute a project MOS (Management Operating System), including a communication plan. Manage risks. Manage resources, including task assignment, execution, and delivery of deliverables on time. Handle change management. Report on projects (PMR, etc.), actively communicating the status, challenges, and successes internally.Key experience:5-7 years of experienceExcellent Project/Program Management Skills- Practical knowledge of earned value management.- Excellent command of the English language.- Strong organizational skills and analytical abilities.- Self-starter, motivated to take initiative, and able to work independently.- Excellent communication skills.
