**Job Description**
Become a Senior Advisor, Employee Services Operations at LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam and help create a seamless, people-first workplace in an inspiring, global environment!
**Work Location:** Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong
Please note that the internal job title will be Senior Advisor, Employee Services Operations.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Carries out regular daily operations leading to ensuring proper and timely execution of Employee Services (ES) Operations administrative tasks within own scope.
+ Provide operational support to respective colleagues according to guidance from managers and specialists.
+ Support inputs provision and testing connected to global initiatives.
+ Maintain strong and positive relationship with external providers, vendors and internal stakeholders in order to secure high quality processing.
+ Cooperate with colleagues in team in order to secure continuous execution of tasks and delivery.
+ Challenge the process and identify areas for improvement with aim to achieve maximum effectivity and precision of our processes
+ Further responsibilities according to the instructions from line manager
+ HR Operations includes work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including:
+ HR employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.)
+ Personnel records maintenance (job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.)
+ Statistical reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)
+ Rewards program implementation and administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.)
+ May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors
+ Involved in delivering induction trainings to our new joiners

The Employee Services Operations Senior Advisor plays an important role in establishing a sustainable ES Ops department in the BSO. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality and fun in the everyday life.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Minimum3-5 yearsof relevant professional working experience with Employee Services processes
+ **Candidates with similar experience in large-scale multinational manufacturing companies will be an advantage**
+ Good command of English
+ Good communication & stakeholder management
+ **Basic understanding of hire to retire processes with focus in employee benefits**
+ Experience with HR Master Data Systems e.g. SAP, **Workday**
+ **Experience with time & attendance tracking systems,** e.g. UKG or similar systems
+ Microsoft Office experience.
+ Excel advanced (Intermediate required but advanced preferred).
+ Good partnering mindset, preferred candidates with experiences from HR Shared Service
+ Team player with proactive approach
+ Work experience with ticketing systems e.g. Service Now
