As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you’ll drive growth for the organization by launching, measuring and optimizing affiliate partnerships. As the program lead, you’ll cultivate strong external relationships and utilize industry expertise to boost program performance and achieve business objectives. Grounded in data, you’ll use your expert analytical skills to create testing, bidding and targeting strategies to uncover new opportunities for expansion.
About the Role
Develop comprehensive marketing strategy to boost customer acquisition on key affiliate programs, overseeing the process from conception to implementation.Develop testing, bidding and targeting strategies to discover new growth opportunities.Foster and expand relationships with affiliate channel partners and publishers.Evaluate program performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with key business KPIs including, origination goals, cost per acquisition targets and revenue objectives. Create seamless user journeys by collaborating with product, design/UX and marketing channel leads.Guide new partnerships through negotiation, procurement and contracting processes.Utilize insights to identify product strengths or weaknesses, collaborating with credit and product to implement new initiatives.Stay up current with affiliate marketing trends and best practices, identifying and implementing process improvements.Provide mentorship to junior team membersAbout You
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise in business, communications, marketing or a related field.8 years of experience in marketing, sales, product or communications, including at least 5 years in the affiliate/partnership space.Proven track record of launching and optimizing affiliate marketing programs within the financial services sector.In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, industry best practices and emerging trends.Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain both internal and external relationships.Strong analytical skills with the capability to effectively distill information for diverse audiences.Preferred Qualifications

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is seventy-three thousand five hundred dollars to one hundred sixty-four thousand five hundred dollars.
