The Senior Agency Recruitment Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Management Team and Agency Leaders/Financial Advisers in achieving recruitment goals and targets. This position is integral to the successful implementation of the company’s recruitment and expansion programs. The Recruitment Officer is responsible for fostering collaboration and providing guidance to drive consistent growth in recruitment efforts within designated areas or zones.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will work alongside the Sales Management Team and Agency Leaders to facilitate the achievement of recruitment objectives. Your responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of company recruitment and expansion initiatives, and offering support and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies. You will also be involved in the execution of Leader Recruitment and High-Potential Financial Adviser Recruitment Development Programs, ensuring that these initiatives are carried out smoothly and effectively.

Recruitment Build-UpCore Strengthening (Manulife PRIME)New Leader Hiring (Leader Recruitment Program, Experienced Manager Program, Agency Expansion Programs)Strategy Execution:
Implement ACE Agency Focus Area Strategies, including Recruitment Build-Up, Core Strengthening (Manulife PRIME), and New Leader Hiring through programs like the Leader Recruitment and Agency Expansion Programs.Drive recruitment numbers in assigned zones/sectors in partnership with the local SMT through various recruitment-related programs and tactical initiatives.Program Development and Implementation:
Develop and implement programs specifically designed to increase Career Orientation Program (COP) attendance and tagged recruits.Monitor progress and track results of institutionalized Recruitment Programs such as Manulife PRIME and the Leader Recruitment Program (LRP).Collaboration and Communication:
Conduct huddle sessions with Agency Leaders and the SMT to discuss recruitment-related strategies that impact growth.Conduct Life Champions (Career Orientation Program) sessions for potential Manulife recruits in partnership with the SMT.Expense and Relationship Management:
Ensure production-related expenses and controllable expenses are met through effective spend management and expense tracking.Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including Financial Advisers, Agency Leaders, and the SMT.Required Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s Degree preferably but not limited to BS/AB Psychology, Business Management/Administration or related business or arts-related coursesTwo (2) to Five (5) years of work experience in the life insurance industry or any role related to Recruitment, Training and Development, Sales Management and Marketing/Events Management.Intermediate Skills related to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)Above Average Written and Oral Communication SkillsStrong Presentation/Platform SkillsPreferred Qualifications:
