Pay Rate: $120 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a leading financial institution, is in search of a seasoned Senior Agile Delivery Consultant to drive the agile transformation of Cards. The role is a 12 months of contract with hybrid model in Toronto. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in structuring the agile delivery model, qualifying projects for agile vs. waterfall, and working with executives to establish top-down reporting.

Responsibilities: Structure agile delivery model and provide expertise on project qualification for agile vs. waterfall. Work with executives to redefine funding models and resourcing structures. Develop a top-down approach for executive and team-level reporting. Roll out training for team members new to agile methodologies. Collaborate with project-based teams on multimillion-budget projects. Utilize agile consulting expertise to organize, prioritize, and recommend changes. Work closely with executives, Directors of Application Development & Transformation, and Directors of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance. Report to VP level and executives on the business side. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Agile Consultant. Background in portfolio or technology line of business. Certification in agile methodologies. Experience working with multi million-budget projects. Strong understanding of the financial industry, preferably in cards. Ability to work in-office on Wednesdays and every 3rd Friday of the month. Nice-To-Have Skills: Consulting experience in addition to agile coaching. Familiarity with the Canadian banking industry.
