What will you be doing as a Senior Agile Coach?
A Senior Enterprise Agile Coach must enjoy and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative culture. The successful candidate must have extensive experience within IT organizations working with and coaching leaders and teams of all levels of Agile experience and mindset, believe in changing mindsets over behaviors, and be more pragmatic than idealistic.
Responsibilities:
A Senior Agile Coach will enable our organization by developing highly effective teams and facilitating the organizational culture change necessary for sustained success. As part of the agile team, the Senior Agile Coach will bring strong consulting and facilitation skills to guide organization leaders through improving their agile mindset. Excellent presentation and communication skills and strong time management skills. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will also need an adaptive coaching style with the ability to work with teams at various levels and in locations around the world. Breaks down complex information into understandable terminology and actionable concepts. Build and support an enterprise Agile Center of Excellence (COE) with consistent training and coaching available to the whole organization.
