To deliver on the mission of Mobile Tribe, we need a Senior Agile Delivery Lead, with deep technical expertise and experience of agile methodologies and strategy creation, to drive the multiple initiatives and lead the change in the product operating model. The purpose of this role is to lead and inspire the telco and techco products delivery engine, with accountability of the DORA metrics in partnership with Tech tribe leads. You will empower the teams to deliver on time, manage frequent delivery with minimal defect leakage and within budget. This is a new job role created due to a team expansion and a newly set up Mobile Tribe. You will work with teams with cross functional squads within Consumer Digital. To deliver and execute product delivery exceptionally well, we make decisions powered by data and track our OKR’s. On this ambition of a Powered by Data strategy we are seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead, who will be responsible for leading overall strategy, planning, scoping, analysis and execution of a programme of work to support the tribe Product Operating Model. In this role, you will manage Tribe dependencies, risks, and create plans with confidence. You will also be a line manager to Agile Delivery Leads who will manage Agile Delivery Managers to deliver on the Tribes OKR’s and the Delivery OKR's. **What you’ll be doing** You will be accountable to manage Tribe dependencies, risks, and create plans with confidence. You will design and optimise target delivery operating model , including strategies to partner externally with agility and continuously deliver outcomes You will interact and partner with senior leaders and utilize strong influencing, relationships, and leadership skills, coupled with thought leadership to drive strategic Agile Transformation , alongside brilliant delivery execution and being able to articulate complex Technical landscape into simply understood outcomes . You will encompass deep technical delivery expertise through agile methodologies, long term strategy experience, and product management to drive the multiple initiatives and lead the change in product operating model and user centric thinking , owning everything from identifying gaps and understanding and defining the strategy, to the delivery and execution of a project at team level through agile ceremonies. You will ensure successful execution of Tribe and portfolio outcomes plans, by reporting progress, resolving impediments , managing risk and adherence to contracts **Skills and Experience** **The skills you’ll need to succeed** • Experience leader in delivering and maintaining Agile/Scaled Agile transformation for a large global organization • 10+ years of experience in relevant experience in End-to-end Technology Delivery, Operations management, Business Strategy and/or Change Management. • Trusted partner with ability to interact, communicate, collaborate and influence with all levels of organization and build partnerships • Ability to tailor the frameworks to the need and maturity level of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex organization where the ability to discover and internalize diverse stakeholder goals is critical to brokering solutions that are in the best interest of the company • Independent judgment and mature decision-making skills to deal with programs that often have enterprise-wide scope • Strong presentation skills.
