Key Responsibilities:
+ System, Application, and Process Design: Translate mission needs and business requirements into system, application, or process designs
+ Interface with Development Teams: Serve as an interface to external development teams to communicate requirements, and review schedules and deliverables
+ Project Management: Monitor projects to ensure work scope and schedule are met and communicated with stakeholders, track actions from meetings, develop process flows, roadmaps, and facilitate internal and external communication with stakeholders
+ Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews (hardware and software) to ensure solution will satisfy business and technical requirements
+ Programmatic Control Gate Documentation and Presentation: Develop programmatic control gate documentation and present at management and technical review boards
+ Briefing Preparation: Prepare briefings for Sponsor and stakeholders
+ Document Accomplishments: Provide highlights and written documentation of team accomplishments and concerns

Qualifications:
Required:
+ Security Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience; an additional four years of work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
+ Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize workload
+ Dynamic Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
+ Action Items: Demonstrated experience coordinating and working action items to completion
+ Communication Skills: Demonstrated experience exhibiting strong oral and written communication skills to include giving briefings/presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and providing support for technical documentation
+ Distill Complex Issues: Demonstrated ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely to senior leadership
+ Self-Starter: Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects and/or activities
+ Project Control Gate Processes: Understanding of project control gate processes
+ Agile Development: Experience with agile development models/processes
+ Independent Work: Ability to work independently and across large teams.
Desired:
+ Desktop Operating Systems: Experience with Desktop OS's e.g. Windows, Linux, MacOS
+ Stakeholder Relationship Management: Strong ability to manage relationships with Stakeholders
