In your role as Agility Master/ Scrum Master you will be supporting our scrum teams and their agile framework, facilitating project ceremonies/ scrum/ sprint events as well as run workshops and training sessions as needed. You will encourage teams to improve performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative way.  

Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. 

RESPONSIBILITIES Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices. Supporting/ educating the Product Owner to refining and managing the product backlog. Guiding and coaching all members of the Scrum Team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in agile frameworks. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Working actively together with other Scrum Masters, Flow Masters and Agile Coaches. Support agile transformation at team and Product family level. Facilitate the cooperation between roles of agile teams. Act as a change agent to disseminate agile mindset, values and principles. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or business-technology related discipline Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in IT and / or IT Consulting Certification in agile methodologies Scrum (additionally Kanban, LEAN, OKRs, welcome) Plus: Professional coaching certification   Plus: Certification in full stack tools (preferably DevOps Azure) Relevant experience as an Agile leader (similar position as a Agility/ Scrum Master) Experience as Scrum Master for a team/s that was/were diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Excellent coaching skills - high level of empathy and experience in conflict resolution   Workshops/meetings/events facilitation. Experienced in international working contexts.
