Come Join Us: We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead and design advanced AI solutions while supporting pre-sales efforts, including proposal creation and solutioning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI), AI/ML Models, Azure OpenAI, and IoT technologies, along with strong business acumen to translate technical capabilities into client value propositions. This role requires collaborating with sales teams to craft compelling solutions and ensuring technical delivery meets client needs. Key Responsibilities: * Solution Design & Architecture: * Lead the design and development of AI-based architectures using Generative AI, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI, and ML models to solve business challenges. * Architect solutions that integrate AI/ML models with IoT platforms and Digital Twin frameworks for real-time data processing and predictive insights. * Guide the development and deployment of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques to enhance AI-driven applications. * Pre-Sales and Solutioning: * Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, deliver technical presentations, and design tailored AI solutions that align with business objectives. * Develop proposals and statements of work (SOWs) that clearly articulate AI-driven solutions and value propositions, leveraging technologies like Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and IoT. * Create proof of concepts (POCs) and demos to showcase AI and machine learning capabilities, supporting pre-sales engagements and new business opportunities. * Proposal Development: * Lead the preparation of technical proposals for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring the AI/ML architecture and solution strategy is clearly defined. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to develop detailed cost and resource estimates for AI projects. * Translate client needs into actionable AI solutions with detailed technical specifications and timelines. * Client Engagement & Technical Leadership: * Act as the technical expert in pre-sales meetings and workshops, addressing client concerns, gathering requirements, and providing AI-related recommendations. * Lead discussions around AI model deployment, cloud architectures, and integration with enterprise systems, using platforms like Azure IoT, Azure Digital Twins, and Azure Cognitive Services. * Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. * Cloud, AI, and IoT Integration: * Design and implement cloud-based AI solutions using Azure AI services that integrate with IoT ecosystems and Digital Twin frameworks. * Guide the integration of AI models with real-time IoT data streams, enabling predictive analytics, optimization, and automated decision-making in complex environments. Skills and experiences: Experience: * Extensive experience in AI/ML solution design, with hands-on experience in Generative AI, OpenAI models, and Azure AI. * Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and technical proposal writing for AI solutions. * Experience with IoT, Digital Twin, and cloud-based platforms, particularly in Azure environments. Technical Skills: * Expertise in Python, R, or similar AI/ML programming languages. * Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and integrating AI with IoT platforms. * Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and techniques for enhancing AI applications with external data. * Familiarity with Azure Digital Twins, Azure IoT Hub, and cloud-native AI solution architectures. Pre-sales & Business Development: * Experience in pre-sales activities, including leading technical presentations, creating POCs, and designing client-specific AI solutions. * Proven track record of developing winning proposals, including RFP responses, technical designs, and pricing strategies. Soft Skills: * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Leadership and collaboration skills to work across teams and with clients in diverse industries. Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure Data Scientist. * Experience in MLOps, including the deployment and lifecycle management of AI models. * Deep understanding of Digital Twin technologies and applications across industries.
