You will join the Data science platforms team in our Chief Technology Office (CTO) Division and would play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI/ML technology landscape.
Reporting to the Associate Director, this position is responsible for contributing to the company's top initiatives to leverage and productionize AI/ML at scale .
The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for AI/ML and deep understanding of Platforms enabling these with readiness to learn and experiment with emerging advancements.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate on Tier 1 initiatives to utilize generative AI for specialized use cases to Fastrack drug discovery in the research space.
Help setup efficient and secure standards for Custom generative AI model usage across the enterprise.
Champion MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and establishing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate and enhance model deployment processes.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust data engineering pipelines, machine learning models, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and maintainable in production environments while considering the latest technologies and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams to thoroughly understand business requirements, translating them into impactful data-driven solutions.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering their growth and development while promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations based on data analyses.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on MLOps and successfully deploying machine learning models in production settings.
Deep expertise in Databricks for data processing, analytics, and developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with substantial experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments and convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic business initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications :
Comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, and experience with services like S3, EC2, Redshift, and other related technologies.Practical experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubernetes), with a track record of implementing effective MLOps strategies.What we offer
