Senior AI/ML Engineer

While intelligent document processing and analytics will be a key deliverable, your expertise will drive the creation of scalable, enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions that redefine efficiency and unlock new possibilities across the organization. **Responsibilities** + AI Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement advanced machine learning models using Generative AI techniques to tackle complex business challenges, focusing on operational modernization and automation. + Advanced Prompt Engineering and Model Tuning: Master prompt engineering to guide LLMs toward desired outcomes. Fine-tune models for specific tasks and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve model accuracy. + Teamwork and Collaboration: Engage with teams from various functions to discover automation opportunities with significant impact, outline project scope, and create solution roadmaps for innovative solutions. + Rigorous Experimentation and Optimization: Design and complete rigorous A/B tests using advanced statistical methods to validate model performance. Employ techniques such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) for model refinement. + AI Thought Leadership and Mentorship: Advocate for standard methodologies and processes in MLOps and LLMOps, including model versioning and monitoring. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation. + Stay at the Forefront of AI Innovation: Continuously research and evaluate advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and cloud technologies.
