As an AI Product Manager focusing on Inference Caching & Routing, you will play an integral role in driving the lifecycle of Redis’ AI capabilities, part of the world's number one real-time database platform. You will be at the forefront of innovation, helping to shape the future of AI applications by optimizing performance and reducing costs for customers in Generative AI through advanced caching and routing products.
What you’ll do:
Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for inference caching and routing, aligning with Redis’ overall AI strategy. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other internal and external stakeholders to define and write detailed product requirements. Manage Product Lifecycle: Maintain a backlog of features, manage priorities, and ensure execution to specifications—and on time in light of Redis strategy. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback to inform product development. Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
What will you need to have?
Experience: 5+ years of experience in software product management or equivalent experience in an enterprise organization. AI Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including experience with machine learning tools such as LLMs, Generative AI frameworks like LangChain and vector databases Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements to diverse teams. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience with Redis: Hands-on experience with Redis and its ecosystem. Open-Source Community: Active participation in the AI open-source community. Cloud-Native Applications: Experience architecting cloud-native applications.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $156,965 – $203,816 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
