Position Overview:
The Senior AI Security Consultant will deliver outcomes across a wide range of global clients. This will be accomplished by leading engagements through engaging customer leadership to define priorities and outcomes and expanding the capabilities and offerings of the practice. The Senior Consultant will collaborate on consulting engagements in the development of AI cybersecurity strategy, plan, design, and implementation. Candidates should have familiarity with both enterprise cyber security, scaled data/AI model types, and architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Focus:
Understand customer needs and design solutions that address these needs both short and long-term. Develop comprehensive AI security assessments of client infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities and providing clear, actionable recommendations to mitigate risks. Provide subject matter expertise in emerging, AI threats, security and application architectural strategies in addition to modern cyber security elements (Zero trust, DevSecOps, Microservices, IAM, Authentication, RBAC, containerization, cloud, Access Controls, Networks, etc.)Creative Solutioning:
Develop and recommend plans to structure secure architectures, including Sec Ops AI-enabled process augmentation, systems infrastructure, and AI-enhanced security tooling. Understand the security interplay in the areas of application assurance, data classification, network security, and emerging IT trends and threats. Analyze and assess client-facing challenges, identify recommendations for solutions and define a strategy and roadmap to implement such solutions successfully. Develop and deliver workshops in the areas of AI cybersecurity, related compliance, and IAM to include but not be limited to security policy, process flows, workflows, entitlements, roles, and solution definitions. Develop reports and supporting presentations for both client and internal discussions with excellent communication skills that need to be demonstrated to internal and external teams. Research multiple approaches to issues with a strong analytical view on comparing options and documenting pros/cons. Understanding of AI security best practices, common tools and techniques, and ability to communicate AI concepts at various levels of technical understanding. Ability to document the process of evolution from standards to policies and controls to ensure security processes are adhered to and traceable.Strategic Client Relationship Management:
Use a strategic approach to managing customer interactions and data throughout the customer journey with a goal of higher business growth through better customer experiences. Assist the client with the design and implementation of AI security strategies tailored to specific business requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Commercial Success:
Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions. Collaborate with internal and external experts, leveraging cutting edge offerings to grow our market position and offer best-in-class solutions for our clients.
