The senior real property manager will manage program requirements, objectives and metrics to meet the organization’s strategic goals and develop strategic installation support initiatives. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Preference Florida **Required technical and professional expertise** 1) Active DoD Security Clearance (required) 2) 5+ years of people management experience 3) Ability to organize and lead meetings independently 4) Experience building partnerships across Air Force civil engineer teams or organizations 5) Ability to cultivate strong client/personnel relationships The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance from the US Federal government **Preferred technical and professional experience** 1) Former active-duty Air Force 2) 5+ years supporting DoD clients 3) 2+ years in client-facing roles or client direct support 4) Experience writing and implementing DoD Policy 5) Experience with Air Force Real Property and Installation support missions
