To be successful as a Senior Algo Java Developer you should have experience with
Core Java in a commercial environment.Linux or other UNIX-based systems.Analysing submitted code and infer issues.Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in building trading applications.Knowledge of equities markets, execution algorithms, smart order routing.Experience with market data or exchange connectivity protocols.Knowledge of C++ and/or UNIX scripting.You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
