Senior Algorithm Integration Engineer

In this role you will oversee and support integration of our ADAS software components into the full software stack of our customer projects, internal test vehicles and simulation environments. You will support integration teams in the projects hands on and continuously improve documentation and integration efficiency.

Area of responsibility:

Integration of official SW releases or engineering drops of ADAS perception or feature algorithms into our SIL, HIL and also test or demo vehiclesHandling of SW releases of radar perception components and being first point of contact for integration and logging supports from both internal and external stakeholdersAnalyzing the differences in communication protocols and formats used across projects and developing necessary adapters/converters Defining architectures and interfaces of radar perception algorithms for flexible deployment across HW and sensor setupsMaintenance and evolution of new SW development and simulation tools, HIL station and in-vehicle HW platformsLeading optimization of perception algorithms on embedded platformsParticipating in vehicle testingTroubleshooting and issue resolution for ongoing programs and projectsInteraction with system integration and vehicle testing teams, customers and project management

Required education or other training/alternative equal experience.

University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Control Engineering or equivalent qualification

Needed experience, describe type of competence area for the experience, what type of previous positions needed, length of experience etc, depth of skills

Minimum 6 years of SW integration and/or embedded SW developmentHands-on experience in SW development on common ADAS HW platforms and automotive bus communication, e.g., CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet etc.Proficiency in complex SW development and architectural designStrong experience in C/C++ programmingStrong problem solving skills and ability to learnExperience working with GIT/Gerrit/Jenkins, Jira or similarExcellent communication, team work & social skills, goal-oriented and structured way of workingFluent in English written and verballySwedish driving license

Specific competences/other skills needed for the position:

Experience in automotive standards, e.g., A-Spice and ISO26262Experience in ADAS software development and/or sensor signal processingExperience in testing and verification of ADAS features and/or functionsPrevious Start of Production (SOP) experience of automotive OEM projects
