Senior Analyst, Account Growth Manager-Singapore
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven candidate for the role – Account Growth Manager to drive the performance of targeted sellers. You will ensure our sellers are equipped with the available seller tools, promotions, and strategies to maximize their business on the platform, while maintaining the platform’s customer service standards and policies. You are expected to work closely with relevant internal teams to support and execute the growth strategy of sellers on Lazada.
 
- Build and manage relationships with our sellers to negotiate promotions, marketing spends, selling strategies, and more, to achieve commercial and operational excellence, and ultimately help them grow their business. 
- Ensure Lazada has the assortment and best prices in the market by leveraging on competitive intelligence. 
- Support the execution of growth strategies and frameworks cross-functionally with internal teams. E.g. Proactively seek out opportunities to boost our sellers’ visibility and performance through implementing campaigns and traffic initiatives. 
- Ensure our sellers achieve the required service standards as defined by the platform guidelines and policies.
- Other adhoc responsibilities and tasks disseminated by internal stakeholders.
