Senior Analyst, Account ManagementOverviewThe Dominican Republic is one of the biggest markets within Caribbean Region with great opportunities. Individual in position will execute MC's Issuing, Acceptance and Business Development strategy by being able to identify and execute opportunities, driving and delivering revenue and profitability for the market(s) and its customers and coordinating efforts with multifunctional teams. Individual in this role will be responsible to identify market development opportunities and go beyond barriers ensuring Mastercard policies, strategy and values.

Role
Business Performance Management
•\tDevelops the sales pipeline, coordinating with product development and account management teams
•\tProspects, contacts, and contracts new customers and business partners to expand MC's SoW and market share in the market,
•\tPlays a lead role in conversations with key decision makers for new or emerging product opportunities
•\tProvides input for long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across business lines
•\tPlays a key role in developing financial modeling and business cases for development opportunities
•\tExecutes and manages the customer contract agreement process
•\tEvaluates the deal process to deliver improvements,
•\tEnhances ongoing business development relationships,
•\tIdentify market boundaries looking for alternatives to get over it.
•\tBeing an influencer for Dominican Republic market. Plays a key role to go beyond any identified barrier.
Business Development Planning
•\tPerforms ad-hoc analysis and participates in conversations with Country and Account Managers to create strategic plans
•\tAnalyzes market trends, product gaps, Create Opportunity Map (Value/Revenue)
All About You
•\tExperience in commercial functions, consulting, consumer products, consumer finance, preferably in key partners in the country,
•\tBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
•\tMBA or similar degree is a plus,
•\tExcellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English,
•\tAdvanced analytic, problem-solving and research skills,
•\tAbility to translate insights to value propositions,
•\tAgent of change, seeking to improve processes and results,
•\tSelf-driven, quick learner, adaptable and tolerant to ambiguity,
•\tIn-depth experience executing and managing business development strategies for large or complex countries/regions/industry verticals,
•\tTrack record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships through customer sales,
•\tPreferably able to demonstrate an understanding of the payment industry and its value chain, as well as the impacts of your initiatives in the society
