Senior Analyst, Account Management Services - Portfolio Operations Services

Role: 

The objective of this role is to gather compliance & performance-related data for reporting to the Client and ensure the compliance reporting is up-to-date and accurate. The role includes support in the execution of business strategy, implementation of Account plan and coordination of various projects.

Responsibilities: 

Assist in the production of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations, including compiling updates on service linesAttend Quality Representatives Meetings, circulate Quality Management System news and updates, and provide guidance and support on quality and compliance requirementsAct as a liaison point with Quality Representatives and report on Quality Management System activities to the EMEA Quality and Compliance team.Interact with both JLL and client stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and service delivery within the account governance frameworkUnderstand contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational KPI scorecards and reports, ensuring compliance with contractual requirementsGather data for complex reports on saves generated from all service lines against the agreed budgetGenerate Key Controls Overview reports to demonstrate supplier compliance with relevant requirementsAssist in the development, maintenance and availability of Operations PlaybooksMaintain 100% compliance with account processes and governance.Regularly update the account contact list and org chartsAdhere to agreed-upon work processes and documented practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferable in Finance / Economics / Management / Real Estate.  1+ years of relevant business environment experienceStrong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel - advanced formulas and PivotTable, Power Point)Fluent spoken and written Business English (enabling conference calls active attendance)French language skills are nice to haveAbility to see through data and translate it into understandable outputs (e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets)Curious, open – minded and willing to develop and challenge status quo
