The Senior Analyst focuses on enhancing competitive positioning and optimizing business performance through sophisticated analytics. Role Responsibilities: -Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex data sets, supporting strategic decision-making and operational improvements. -Dashboard Development: Design and maintain regional analytics dashboards and Business Intelligence tools, ensuring accessibility of critical performance metrics for senior stakeholders. -Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic initiatives and market entry strategies. -Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, align analytics with business objectives, and drive key initiatives forward. -Reporting & Presentation: Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations that communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management effectively. Key Skills and Experience: -Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation, with strong experience in Alteryx for data transformation and preparation being an asset. -Data Visualization Expertise: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports that convey complex insights clearly. -Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences. -Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of data-driven business strategies. -Project Management: Proven track record of managing analytical projects from conception to implementation, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables. -Business Acumen: Understanding of business dynamics and the ability to align analytical outputs with broader business goals.
