\n\nProven experience (5+ years) in a benefits or Total Rewards role, ideally in an international setting.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.\nProactive and resilient attitude, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.\nFamiliarity with benefits benchmarking and vendor management practices.\nCultural sensitivity and a European/global mindset.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team
