Senior Analyst, Business Development and External Relations

About the Role

To establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including Regulator, Industry Associations, Key Stakeholders and qualified partners that enhances AIA Myanmar’s brand presence and provide value-add proposition to key stakeholders including customers, agents, and employees.

Responsibilities:
 

Government & External Relations

Engagement with Industry Associations, National Insurance Institute of Myanmar and relevant industry associations and partners

Gather updated industry information through regular engagement with government and industry stakeholders.

Ensure reports and required documents are delivered to the right regulatory body or industry association in a timely manner with the right information.

Ensure all communications/ letters/ instructions from regulators, association and industry are recorded and filed for internal reference.

Business Development & Partnership

Establish a strong network of partners that contributes to overall business development.

Acquire new and qualified partners that provides unique value proposition and enhance AIA Myanmar’s brand in Myanmar.

Ensure a smooth administration process and due diligence/ KYC is checked for all partners from onboarding to renewal of partnerships annually.

Ensure seamless operations of partnership business with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Support AIA Myanmar’s events, initiatives in collaboration with partners.

Minimum Job Requirement

Strong interpersonal skills: friendly and professional.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and office-related IT tools.

Excellent communication skills (English & Myanmar), both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education – Graduate

Experience – Preferred at least 2-years' experience in a relevant field

Certifications/licenses – Additional certificate
