Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our team located in Irvine, California.
What is the opportunity?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. BI Analyst to join our Reporting & Data Analytics CoE.
In this role, you will help to lead the design, implementation, and roll-out of our centralized business
intelligence tool enterprise-wide, providing actionable insights to help improve business performance. You
will work closely with various departments across the company to understand their reporting needs and
deliver visualizations that inform strategic decisions.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Ability to communicate clearly with multiple levels of leadership and help translate complex data sets intoeasy into clear reporting requirements and dashboards.Design, develop, and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track business performance and KPIs.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all reports and dashboards.Automate recurring reports and data extraction processes to improve efficiency.Monitor and validate the performance of existing reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet business
requirements. Proactively recommend any potential retirements or enhancements as a result.Assist in the development and deployment of self-service BI tools for business users.Collaborate with Data Governance Steering Committee to ensure data quality standards are upheld.Work closely with Data Engineers in data gathering and data structuring conversations ensuring that data
integrity and governance is upheld.Help with data cleansing and preparation for analysis and reporting purposes. All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?
Essential:Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
preferred.2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligenceAdvanced in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar platforms.Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and statistics.Ability to create compelling data visualizations that communicate insights clearly and effectively.Experience working with large datasets and preparing them for analysis.Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and
non-technical teams.Preferred:Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.Experience with data warehousing or ETL processes.Familiarity with advanced analytics (e.g. AI, predictive modeling, machine learning) is a plus.Knowledge of Python, R, JavaScript or similar programming languages for data analysis is a plus.
The salary for this position is $76,544 - $99,508 annually.
