Senior Analyst, Business Operations

**What's The Role**
The Business Operation Analyst is responsible for supporting the T&I team by developing strategic, tactical, and operational reports, as well as conducting descriptive and predictive analyses based on report outcomes to drive improvements in operational excellence. Accuracy is a key factor in this role, requiring a high level of attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to analyze data.
+ Integrate and manage various data sources and databases.
+ Automate processes using Python and ETLs to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to understand and meet customer requirements.
+ Maintain and optimize existing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
+ Compile reports based on internal client requirements and organizational needs.
+ Design and/or implement interactive, user-friendly data visualizations, assess existing data capture and storage methods, and propose improvements.
+ Develop and/or deploy global systems for monitoring, analyzing, and visualizing data to support decision-making.
+ Collect and manage required data, leveraging experience, platforms, and solutions available within LLA.
+ Analyze KPIs and continuously report to ensure that standards, SLAs, and processes are met within acceptable measures.
+ Work with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate reports are compiled and KPIs are reported.
+ Support projects through completion by contributing to database and statistical creation.
**Preferred education/ qualifications:**
+ Electronic, Telecommunications, or Systems Engineer, with knowledge in Telecommunications.
**Specific Knowledge & Experience:**
+ Strong experience in Power BI dashboard development.
+ Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 (Certification desirable).
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard.
+ Experience with SQL/MySQL and/or other tools for data manipulation and analysis (relational and non-relational databases).
+ Experience in developing and maintaining automation using Python and ETLs.
+ Advanced analytical skills and ability to present executive reports.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
+ At least 1 year of experience in the telecommunications sector.
+ Understanding of telecommunications SLAs.
+ Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies to identify improvement opportunities focused on processes and customers, both internal and external.
**Skills & Abilities**
+ Bilingual, proficient in spoken and written Spanish and English.
+ Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
