We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Reporting Analyst to play a crucial role in leveraging data from multiple systems to inform and support strategic business decisions. In this position, you will collaborate with key departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Billing, delivering impactful insights through sophisticated reports and interactive dashboards.
The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple priorities, and solving complex problems, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to enhancing business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead collaborations with diverse business units to understand data needs and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Expertly utilize SQL to query and extract data for both scheduled and ad-hoc reports, ensuring timely delivery of insights. Identify and resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure consistency and alignment. Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and currency of reports. Mentor and support team members on ongoing projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines. Address ad-hoc requests with precision, delivering timely, tailored data solutions. Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Proven proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing complex datasets. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications:
A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
