Senior Analyst, Business Planning

As a Senior Analyst in Business Planning, you will be the primary analytic resource for our team, identifying growth opportunities for our sales department. You will develop tools to enhance business insights and track key performance metrics such as sales growth and market share. Ensuring we meet our weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc deliverables will be a crucial part of your role. Your collaboration with the sales team will be essential to our overall success. This hybrid role is based in Minneapolis, MN. 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

Maximizing Business Plans-Collaborate with Account Executives to fully leverage customer marketing initiatives. Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize plans through data analysis.  Analyzing Data- Evaluate metrics that demonstrate our business success, including brand promotions, spending, profit and loss, sales volume, and contribution margin. Additionally, you will analyze Nielsen data.  Providing Insights–Responsible for maintaining the relationship with the customer Inventory Analyst at Target. 

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

Proven experience in data analytics  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced expertise in Excel and experience building PowerPoint presentations  Advanced experience and proficiency in syndicated data tools such as Nielsen and IRI  Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and insights  Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving with a logical, structured, and analytical mindset  Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraint
