The team you will be a part of The Category Management team develops and implements marketing strategies to identify effective distribution channels. Researches and analyzes the marketplace to identify new channel, partnership and co-branding opportunities. Develops and monitors channel opportunities, licensing agreements, joint ventures and partnerships to maximize revenues. Designs, develops and implements marketing programs with third-party partners.This role in summary

In marketing, the role of a category is to help companies promote and brand a group of related products. It can also help set the context for a product and help a prospect understand a company's value

Your responsibilities will include

o Responsible for delivery of Category P&L 
o Accountable for driving category sales and support sales channels through execution of advertising, promotion and branding activities 
o Responsible for market size estimation, identifying market trends and shifts in consumer preferences and pricing decisions pertaining to the category 
o Responsible for tracking and mitigating competition actions 
o Responsible for driving various planning cycles (eg, long range plan, profit plan, operating plan) for product categories. 
o Responsible for supporting product design process, mining of consumer relevant innovation and maintaining the health of product portfolio 
o Responsible for New Product Development, Launch and Project Management 
o Stakeholder Management 

External : Collaborate with Vendors 
Internal:

Collaborate with platform teams, design, procurement and supply chain team towards product development Collaborate with Sales Channel Heads and Regional Sales Managers to identify portfolio gaps and execute tactical interventionsMinimum requirements

At Least 2 years of sales & 5-7 Years in Category Management/ Brand Management

Full Time MBA
