Job DescriptionAs the Senior Analyst, Collections, you will report directly to the Supervisor, Collections and will be part of AIM’s Finance Shared Services Center at our head office in Montréal, Canada. Your main responsibilities will be to perform collection activities on a portfolio of customer receivables, as well as be responsible for releasing orders.
Follow-up on outstanding receivables to ensure customers’ accounts are paid on time.Escalate and resolve collection disputes.Follow-up up directly with customers or AIM departments where necessary to facilitate resolution of outstanding receivables issues.Review portfolio aging and recommend accounts for collection escalations.Manage order release for customer accounts in accordance with company credit policies.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years in collections and accounts receivables.Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles.Post-secondary education in an accounting or business-related field.Good general understanding of computer systems and accounting software.Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is an asset.Intermediate Excel skills.Ability to adapt quickly to different situations and be proactive when facing challenges.Ability to manage a large volume of transactions.Good organisational skills, rigor, and autonomy.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Bilingualism (French/English)Additional InformationWhat we offer!
