About the Role

Develops and implements overall corporate sales strategies and plans to strengthen the new sales growth in line with department goals and strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implementing and developing corporate sales strategies to meet company’s target Identifying new business opportunities for new corporate sales acquisitionPerforming upselling and cross-selling activities Analyzing market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growthAddressing clients’ needs and concerns in timely mannerOverseeing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecastingBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clientsProcessing corporate insurance applications, policy changes, and renewal process accurately and efficiently in timely mannerAssisting clients with all corporate insurance products inquiries via different channelsAdministering and handling corporate clients’ claims including documentation, investigation, and resolution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders  Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and policy information of corporate clientsWorking closely with internal/external stakeholders to improve sales and drive performanceAnalyze the voice of clients and follow-up/raise to the concerned stakeholders for better customer experience

Non-financial measures: Quality of deliverables for the line manager, follow on the timeline set by line manager, and professionalism and ethical behavior toward the role undertaking

To co-ordinate actively with cross-functional teams as and when required

To communicate with corporate clients effectively and timelyTo support corporate members for their insurance needs or queries

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of work experience in sales support, customer service and data management Understanding of financial planning concepts, sales principles and customer service practicesProblem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitudeStrong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships Ability to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectivelyStrong communication skills for both verbal and written (English and Myanmar)Positive attitude with eagerness to learnTeam player with excellent relationship building skillsProficient MS office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel is a must)
