About the Role
Responsible for planning and executing acquisitions / divestitures and strategic business alliances to meet AIA's long-term goals• Evaluate and develop new market initiatives and analyse business opportunities in both new and existing markets
• Develop proposals, including feasibility studies for new business opportunities
• Identify, analyse and compare alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new technologies
• Identify, research, analyse, make recommendations regarding the impact of possible mergers, acquisitions and divestitures on AIA's profitability
• Negotiate potential mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
• Conduct appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by potential acquisition targets
