Senior Analyst, Digital Communications

You will create robust reporting dashboards that effectively communicate the story of our campaign performance. Your technical expertise will be essential in building and maintaining HTML/CSS email templates, as well as executing digital communication campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, and push notifications. Must be passionate about planning, managing, executing, and evaluating the results of digital communications campaigns. **Job Description** **A Day in The Life Of A Senior Analyst, Digital Communications:** + Implement new initiatives as well as execute ongoing digital communication campaigns, automations, and journeys via email, SMS and push notifications. + Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to connect valuable insights between communication campaign performance and enterprise data. + Create robust reporting dashboards that meaningfully showcase campaign performance, insights and potential optimizations. + Build and maintain HTML/CSS email templates for use across consumer segments and campaigns. + Participate in daily/weekly agile meetings as an advocate to drive our technology efforts to completion. + Serve as the technical subject matter expert for our digital communication Martech stack and work with other stakeholders to continually evaluate and improve our communication platforms. **What Requirements You Will Need:** + 4+ years of work experience in a marketing, business, or technology function with a focus on consumer communication. + Must have multi-year experience and proficiency with digital communication and marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), SendGrid, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud (or equivalent CDP technology). + SFMC Email Specialist and/or SFMC Admin Certifications are a plus. + Experience and proficiency in extracting and analyzing large data sets using tools such as MS Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, or other data analysis tools. + Experience and proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). + Working knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and AMPscript. + Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess the ability to follow through on assignments and produce quality work under deadline pressure, with little oversight. + Knowledge and experience with project coordination/management methods are a plus. + Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to the above requirements **What Business Results You Will Drive:** + Generate business growth through strategic digital communication campaigns targeted to both prospects and current customers.
