POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst, ERP Systems provides system support to business users on ERP application systems on Heart of House (HOH). He / she maintains and ensures all various application systems are operating stably and reliably and meeting user’s operation needs. He / She reports to Manager, ERP Systems (HOH) and performs daily application support, involves in new project implementation and life cycle management of ERP Systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide guidance and supervision to other EPR System Analyst.
2. Perform quality assurance of all functional implementations and upgrades in ERP or other related IT systems to ensure quality deliverables and optimal outcome for the Company.
3. Provide training, retraining and support of end users to ensure the system is used effectively and efficiently.
4. Prepare and review scope/functional requirements, user acceptance test (UAT) specification and documentation.
5. Act as primary resource to fulfill various reporting requirements from business users using reporting/business intelligent tools.
6. Assist in managing ERP system related projects including milestones, activities, dependencies, resources and suppliers to achieve successful completion of related projects within agreed budget and time frame.
7. To provide high quality customer advice and assistance to end users.
8. To adhere to and comply with SOX requirements in accordance to the Company's policies and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst/Consultant/ User with at least 1-year cycle of ERP implementation
2. Experience in Hospitality/Casino, Finance/Supply Chain process and workflow is preferred
3. Implementation/Usage experience with Workday, Virtual Roster, BirchStreet, Ramco and other ERP systems in the areas of HR, Finance and Procurement will be an advantage
II. Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
III. Skills / Competencies
1. Proven analytical skills which includes gathering business requirements, performing gap/fit analysis and business impact assessments
2. Strong consultative, communication and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office suite.
4. Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and fluent Mandarin is a plus.
5. Able to communicate with all level of users.
6. Energetic, flexible and able to embrace a fast-paced working environment
