About the Role

- To process daily members’ benefit and claim requires are disbursed on time.
- To provide the operational support to claim team and customer service team, related with claim disbursements queries and bank transfer process.
- To support the line Manager.

- Perform daily benefits and claims payment process (electronic, cash and cheques) in accordance with BU policies and ensure payments are up to date.

- Perform weekly bank open item clearing and benefits and claims’ cash and bank reconciliation.

- Update the CRM status/via email for daily bank transfer of claims in a timely manner.

- Daily checking of the members’ benefit and claim requests to ensure the payment requests from the operation is according to approved amount defined in the IL and COAST systems.

- Perform month-end closing activities (prepare transactions posting of Journal entries, templates and other records) and assist to the line manager.

- Laise with banks’ representatives and support the claim and servicing team relating with claim disbursements queries and bank transfer process and solve the discrepancies issues independently.

- Collaborate with group counterparts, shared service team to ensure BU records and reports are updated in timely manner.

- Handles enquires from auditors and provide the audit required documents within target timeframe to ensure audit closure on time.

- Perform duties, periodically assigned by superior in order to meet operational and/or other business requirements.

- Deliver insurance claims disbursements process as KPI set (T+2)

- Leads internal and external stakeholders’ discussions against identified objectives and delivered the driven results.
