About the Role

- To conduct and deliver the treasury role.
- To provide the operational support regarding with staff and vendor payment and banking process.
- To support Finance Treasury Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Request payments’ approvals and execute the payments of cash, cheque and electronic payments in timely manner on daily basic and then communicating to the respective internal departments.Disburse the employees’ claims, advances request on time and ensure the advance settlements are within T&E policy timeline.Update daily cash and bank balances and monitor the cash position to ensure pre-defined balances are maintained and replenish on time in accordance with BU policies.Perform weekly bank open item clearing, journal entries for bank related transactions such as bank charges, bank interests, advance clearings etc to ensure the outstanding are resolved within timeline.Perform month end, quarter and year-end closing activities such as monthly cash counting for offices petty cash floats, bank balances reconciliation, monthly cash flow reports, AML/CFT CTR reports, the cash forecast, funding schedules preparations in accurately and timely manner.Handle enquires from auditors and provide the audit required documents within target timeframe to ensure audit closure on time.Liaise with external parties such as the banks’ relationship manager company bank accounts opening, authorizers’ updating etc and updating in SAP system.Collaborate with other stakeholders such as group office counterparts and shared services team to accomplish the assigned task in timely manner and support to the cross-functional teams relating with payment queries & resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.Other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of working experiences are required.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Banking & Finance/ preferred ACCA Part II.Attention to detail, accuracy and commitment to deadline.Good analytical, judgmental and communication skills.Organizing and prioritizing and ability to balance the multi-tasks in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.Strong initiative to follow up on outstanding issues, identify what needs to be done and act accordingly.Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and external contactsERP/SAP knowledge, and familiar with high technical working environment.In-dept knowledge of spreadsheet and advance excel.Familiar with large volume of data handling would be advantaged.
