About the Role

The position is responsible for providing in-depth and accurate research and analysis on FOF and Equity research, with the goal of generating excess return from valuable investment insights, fund manager slection and make sector/stock investment recommendations to support the FOF team. The analyst will use quantative models, statistical methods, and computer - based techniques to analyze financial markets, mutual funds, and investment opportunities within the context of fund management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and construct quantitative models and depth statistical analysis on various data to identify patterns, sectors and trends. Generate research reports based on findings and present key insights, and provide recommendations for FOF and Equity investment strategies.Monitor market trends, news, and events that may impact the performance of the fund's investments.Participate in the development and implementation of new strategies. Work with relevant teams to ensure that new strategies are integrated smoothly into the existing investment framework.Assist the FOF and Equity team, analysis the macro and industy development, recommend the proper investment opportunitiesAssist to achieve FOF and Equity investment objectives through continuous formulating and implementing investment strategy according to changes in market environment and dynamics.Assist to monitor FOF investment, review and refine FOF investment process in accordance with changing local regulatory and AIA requirements.Conduct regular and deep research into Tactical asset allocation and funds’ performance. Provide regular fund report, and maintain the fund pool.Participate in regular FOF investment meetings to explore and discuss market dynamics, opportunities, and outlook.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education – Master degree and graduate from well-known university in China or oversea, major in finance, economic, accounting or business administration is preferred.Experience in stock quantitative analysis is required, as well as experience in building models.Experience – at least 6 years in equity investment field, of which 2 years in FOF investment field.Proficiency in MS Office, Wind, and other professional data tools.Strong quantitative analysis skillsGood command of written and spoken English and MandarinGood communication and interpersonal skillAccountable, efficient, focus, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.Great team player.
