Senior Analyst, Food & Beverage Operations

The Royal Caribbean Group’s Entertainment team has an exciting career opportunity for a full Senior Analyst, Food & Beverage Operations reporting to the Senior Manager, Equipment Logistics F&B

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Maintain accurate data files for all fleet F&B smallwares including fleet inventory par levels and counts. Create innovative solutions to drive cost savings and improve the smallware life cycle on board our ships. Will manage all samples through procurement for all projects including new build and islands. Leads project Trackers for both F&B Hotel Purchasing and new build. Develop solutions and create defined processes or systems to better manage F&B Hotel items. Plans effectively and multi-tasks. Utilize time management and organization skills to achieve aggressive deadlines; sets priorities and maintains organizational and filling systems. Submit all orders for our new build ships managing timelines and budgets. Supports new build and modernization projects with logistics and helps monitors orders with front-of-house for on-time deliveries related to all owner supply and Yard Related Items (YRI) items. Maintains and develops relationships with shoreside and shipboard functional teams on all matters pertaining to F&B Hotel wares. Attends meetings, training activities, courses and all other work-related activities as required. Authority to make recommendations, lead change efforts, and helps manage smallwares projects. Manage the photography of all smallwares and build electronic catalog on Homeport that is not supported by our suppliers. Continuous improvements with owner’s supply items to include finding an approved secondary items.

Qualifications and Education

 

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university, or relevant experience required. Shipboard or interworking similar experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Superior verbal and written communications skills. Exposure to international environments preferred


Knowledge and Skills

 

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel and present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Ability to digest and synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights and executive-level reports. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills where no standardization exists. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under deadline pressure. Experience in creating and maintaining automated systems and processes. Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and link diverse sources of information to business operations. High energy and sense of urgency required. Creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, comfortable working in a context of uncertainty and imperfect information. Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong analytical and reporting skills to identify & interpret trends and provide actionable recommendations. High degree of computer literacy along with highly advanced skills in the following: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, graphs and task automation)
