Function Description:

The Analyst supports the Cabin Integrations Product Line Controller for leading, coordinating, maintaining, financial systems that in times when the Product Line Controller is unavailable. This position will work in conjunction with the properly reflect the financial position of the Product Lines. The analyst will support the manufacturing operations for these products. He/she will participate in establishing and implementing strategies, goals, and objectives, and will serve as a resource/consultant Controller and shared services functions providing accounting, treasury mgmt., and SOX / internal control procedures.

Discipline Description :

Develops, directs, plans and evaluates accounting policies and procedures including cost accounting, general accounting, and statutory accounting.Manages the planning and direction of accounting activities, including the maintenance of the ledger accounts and financial statements.Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions, including coordination and administration of assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepares regular Finance reports and analysis to support Operations’ requirement mainly on Sales, Inventory and other Costs.Reviews the output of the Operations’ financial transactions and ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.Handles the standard monthly financial review package, budget and forecast preparation and submission of financial data in HFM.Assists in preparation of financial analysis information including product line profitability, monthly departmental ending reviews, annual operating plan, 5-year strategic financial plan, and other analysis as required by business units, Philippines Finance Director and segment / corporate management.Conducts analysis on inventory costs, which include purchase costs, bill of material costs and freight.Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years related experience.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.Experience working in a publicly reporting company, as well as be knowledgeable about US GAAP / Philippines FRS.Strong MS Excel skills and experience working with and developing excel financial models.Process orientated with strong organizational skills.Detail oriented with ability to perform accurate, high volume data analysis.Good communications and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with all levels of management/staff on sensitive issues.Hands-on orientation and be comfortable working within a matrix organization. Ability to work independently and use judgment to prioritize requests.
