**Position Overview:**
TheSenior Analyst, Global Manufacturing Excellence Standards willestablish and enforce manufacturing excellence standards to optimize operations, enhance product quality, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring organizational competitiveness and sustained success.
**Key responsibilities include?**
+ Spearheads Lean thinking adoption and standard Lean-Based Management System deployment
+ Developing and implementing comprehensive manufacturing excellence standards aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
+ Analyzingand monitoring Global progress on Ball Manufacturing Excellence Program Globally in Manufacturing and Supply Chain (across all divisions Aerosol, Cans and Ends)
+ Drivingsuccessful evolution of and execution on Manufacturing Excellence Model to be the most competitive in cost, quality and service by continually driving for efficiencies in our processes
+ Leadingcross-functional teams to assess current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and define performance metrics
+ Establishing protocols and guidelines for quality control, ensuring consistency and reliability in product manufacturing
+ Conducting regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to established standards and identify opportunities for refinement
+ Collaboratingwith engineering and production teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies that enhance efficiency and productivity
+ Providingtraining and support to employees at all levels to ensure understanding and compliance with manufacturing excellence standards
**What are we looking for?**
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing Environment
+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline - Preferred
+ Experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving change management and kean manufacturing principles and methodologies
+ Ability to facilitate and influence at all levels of the organization
+ Financial and analytical
+ Fluent English
