What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Senior Analyst, Governance & Regulatory Initiatives to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the effective management and oversight of key operational areas, including client policy governance, regulatory compliance and strategic operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will also play a supporting role in the System and Organization Controls (SOC) Audit and demonstrate flexibility to take on new initiatives as they arise.

What will you do?

Maintain and manage the Client Operations Policy and Procedure Library to ensure all documents are up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with enterprise standardsDevelop and implement robust processes for policy review, approval and dissemination across the departmentAct as a lead in the department’s compliance with Bill 96 (French Language Charter) as it pertains to client operation departmentEnsure processes, communications and documentation align with French language requirementsLiaise with stakeholders to address compliance gaps and implement solutionsOversee the approval and management process for restricted web access request, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and cybersecurity standardsProvide oversight of processes and activities related to SRD II complianceEnsure timely and accurate reporting, communication, and adherence to requirements under SRDIIWork closely with the relevant teams to address any challenges and streamline workflowAssist in the preparation, documentation and coordination of activities related to SOC AuditsDemonstrate adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities and initiatives as they arise, supporting organizational growth and operational improvementAct as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with department goals

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field2+ years of experience in an operational, compliance or policy management role within financial services or a related industryExceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have

Possess or working towards Accounting/Finance/Risk Certification/DesignationPrevious experience relevant to the role
