The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged members across the customer lifecycle.

 

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Analyst, Hilton Cobrand Acquisition Marketing, will support the acquisition marketing for Hilton cobrand Digital channels including Site, Mobile App, Paid Search, and Paid Media (Display, Social). This individual will oversee creative and copy direction, campaign execution, and ongoing performance management, in addition to supporting a robust test and learn agenda within the channel. 

This role requires an individual with analytical acumen, solid relationship & partner management skills, and a solution-oriented mentality. This individual must be able to manage complex projects and have a strong desire to partner internally and externally to drive results.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Execute strategy for Hilton Consumer cobrand acquisition across digital channels in close partnership with Hilton. Oversee campaign management activities including execution and escalations Continuously understand marketing results and pull insights from data to inform strategy; share results and key insights with stakeholders and leadership Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/commentary, and monthly re-forecasting process Support ongoing development, execution, and reporting across a robust test and learn agenda for marketing placement, landing page, and application page optimization and capabilities  Proactively identify opportunities for growth in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders Build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners such as: Hilton, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Capabilities and Marketing Channel Partners

 

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of professional marketing experience; acquisition marketing and/or external partnership marketing experience a plus Self-motivated, enthusiastic and creative with a demonstrated ability to get results under tight timelines and in particular handle multiple tasks concurrently Strong relationship building and partner management experience. You are a person who proactively collaborates, seeks input and understands others’ goals Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-changing environment with the ability to deliver innovative ideas Analytical thinker with solution-based mindset and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making Clear and articulate communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate successfully with both internal and external partners A “can do” positive attitude and willingness to pivot in the face of change quickly BA/BS Required

 

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
