 Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst, HRIS position is responsible for supporting, extending, and improving operational efficiencies within Human Resources. They will lead, as a thought partner, for customer groups, advise on business requirements, data presentation, and support decision making. This position will directly interact with other members of the HRS group, senior global HR leadership, as well as other senior business leadership across the Brookfield supported footprint.

This position will be required to be onsite.

Responsibilities

Lead functional projects as a HCM subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge HR processes

Additional configuration areas one or multiple of: Recruiting, Benefits, Absence and Time off or any other functional area withing Workday

Responsible for configuration changes within Workday

Manage and resolve operational tickets and issues

Create change documentations for any configuration change to Workday

Documentation on new functionality that is set up for Brookfield

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience

3+ years of experience with HCM in Workday

Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines

Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills

Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically including Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, etc.)

Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to collaborate and deliver excellent service to internal customers

Collaboration and can work effectively in a global team setting
