Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Joint Reconstruction and Sports Sales Support to join our team located in West Chester, PA. The Sales Support team has responsibility to develop and deploy strategies to support sales growth objectives by ensuring resources are available and optimized to meet customer needs. The team supports the U.S. Field Sales organization in achieving efficient execution and delivering inventory efficiencies and top-line sales growth. The team is the conduit between the business and the sales organization relative to deploying and achieving business objectives. The Digital Sales Support Senior Analyst will provide reporting and guidance to key business partners and play an integral role in helping the Joint Reconstruction business unlock its full potential! The role directly contributes to achieving sales objectives and has a high level of interaction with Sales Leadership at multiple levels. Responsibilities: + Develop & Provide advanced Analytics and Insights to Sales Leadership + Prepares regular and ad hoc integrated data mining and analyses for sales management to facilitate identifying potential marketing opportunities. + Responsible for publishing standard reports to document management. + Tracks and analyzes sales force performance of sales volume, market share & sales force productivity. + Analyzes and interprets both internal and external factors that affect sales performance. + Provides insights to sales and marketing management on sales force effectiveness. + Troubleshoots inquiries about account alignments and performance data and provide counsel and actionable information. + Develops and conducts training in the effective use of data (third party and contracted), applications, and tools provided to make a difference in sales results produced. + Develops and administers special projects. + Prepares presentations and reports to support sales conferences/meetings. + Utilizes or coordinates business systems to gather key information on sales, cost, and key activity information. + Manage and ensure the timely distribution of all reporting packages monthly. + Leverage data visualization software to design reporting solutions, enhance sales dashboards, and produce on-demand reports, effectively contributing to comprehensive compliance and enterprise risk mitigation efforts. + Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure a uniform understanding of processes among business partners, significantly reducing instances of non-compliance and improving operational efficiency. + Provide mentorship to other team members and transfer knowledge across departments, Operating Companies, etc. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + BA/BS required Required: + Minimum of 4 years business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experience + Ability to make effective oral and written presentations that result in meeting the departmental goals/objectives + Ability to influence and develop interdependent partnering which results in meeting departmental objectives + Experience in data management, analytics and visualization, with proven track record to connect the analysis to insights that inspire action + Experience in field sales communication and interactions + Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service) + In-depth knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlik. + Ability to work independently + Creative problem-solving skills Preferred: + Experience in data management, ETL/querying, and analysis utilizing SQL, with proven track record to connect the analysis to insights that inspire action is preferred. + Advanced Excel capabilities (macros, linking of files), applied to inventory analysis + History of applying an ERP system, i.e., SAP + Experience collaborating with sales leaders. + Experience with reporting requirements. + Ability to write WI’s and SOP’s + Proven experience driving process improvements and improving operational efficiency.
