General support for the global ethics and compliance team. They will support the external reporting, surveys and awards. Key investigator for LARN and support for the factories and other facilities in LARN.
Your responsibilities will includeLead investigations and support with them for LARN
Connect with the LARN HR investigation team to gather information and collaborate with them
Support and follow up on the execution of proactive and reactive plans
Support with projects for the rest of the team
Minimum requirements
Education: Law Degree or Psychology (HR career)
Language skills: Spanish native & Advance English
Certifications: Not necessary
Systems/Technical knowledge: Office and desirable google suite
Skills: Very skilled communicator, organized, detail oriented and analytic
