To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **What you’ll be doing** As the Senior Analyst in the Liquidity Solutions team, you will help manage projects, develop solutions and provide analysis for a variety of streams within funding and liquidity management for CIBC. You will apply extensive technical expertise to ensure efficient, accurate and timely solutions that will support and maintain the Liquidity management framework of the bank. The projects will include implementing changes due to regulatory developments, developing regional liquidity stress testing and other reporting, automation of other management reporting. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview._ **How you’ll succeed** + **Project Management** – Support the Liquidity Management team to deliver the mandate of the Liquidity Management function. Assess and implement changes to the liquidity metrics on an ongoing basis while developing best-in-class processes and solutions to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Provide support for execution of liquidity-related activities as well as developing the knowledge required to support overall team objectives. + **Relationship Management** – Developing relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process management with a high degree of accountability + **Technically Skilled** – Ability to develop and apply strong technical expertise in QRM, SQL and Microsoft Excel in order to deliver accurate results in a timely manner. + **Initiative** – Takes it upon themselves to stay apprised of the latest regulatory guidance and partake in projects/activities to increase their breadth of knowledge. + **Communication** – Excellent written and communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders across a wide variety of functions **Who you are** + **You can demonstrate experience** in liquidity management (including work with LCR, NCCF, NSFR, and liquidity stress testing (2+year), using Microsoft Excel (5+Years), and SQL (2+Years).
