Our Global Supply Chain team plays a central part in ensuring our products are delivered to patients with cardiovascular disease and critical care needs. You’ll partner cross-functionally with manufacturing operations and sales teams, delivering thoughtful solutions to complex challenges all while developing your knowledge of the medical device industry. How you will make an impact: 
• Liaise with BU Supply Chain team to obtain sales forecasts and resolve complex issues
• Negotiate with DC Operations Group at 3PL to ensure available resources to support the demands such as arranging for storage of inventory, applying proper local language labeling and IFU, etc.
• Perform complex detailed analysis to improve supply chain operations and make recommendations to improve processes
• Responsible for handling the daily purchasing and warehousing operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met so as to provide customer satisfaction
• Develop and lead the execution of complex supply chain related projects
• Fulfill complex orders to the satisfaction of the customers, and arrange for prompt deliveries
• Create and maintain processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) for applicable Supply Chain functions
• Provide training and coaching to other team members

What you'll need (Required): 
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Business related field, 5 years of related work experience Required
in medical device and/or regulated industry Preferred

What else we look for (Preferred): 
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g., SQMS, JDE, JDA) required
• Good project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills

• Full knowledge and understanding of company’s policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain and ISO laws and regulations applicable to medical device industry
