Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, you will lead and support various delivery services provided by the Managed Services team to our customers.  This will include overseeing and performing claims processing, contract maintenance, formulary and data validation, data management, report generation, trend insights, customer interaction and support, and documentation for Managed Care, Medicaid, Tricare, and Part D rebates.  You can expand your talents to take lead roles on outsourcing initiatives and contribute to IntegriChain’s project methodologies, engagement strategies, and industry solutions. As a Senior Analyst, you will be accountable for the following:

Setup and maintenance of customer contracts and membership within the rebate systemLead and perform the processing of claims that support a variety of business processes for a large base of pharmaceutical manufacturersFormulary and script level validationAnalyze rebate calculations for consistency and accuracy, research variances, and resolve disputes and issuesAnalyze and provide trend insightsExecute various reporting activities required for customer complianceSupport ongoing customer relationshipsIdentify and assist in process and system improvementsParticipate and collaborate on ad hoc projectsSubject matter expert of either/both Medicaid or Managed Care rebates

QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred; focus on Accounting, Finance, Business or related field of study preferredMinimum 2-3 years of pharmaceutical experience within commercial and government contractingPrior experience processing either Managed Care or Medicaid rebatesProficiency with managing, processing and reporting dataAbility to perform under tight deadlines and balance multiple customer assignmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSound analytics skills to perform work with attention to detail and accuracyStrong technical skills with Microsoft office applications, proficiency in Excel requiredAbility to produce high-quality deliverables to senior-level contacts with minimal management reviewPreferred candidates will have Revitas Flex, Model N, iContracts or BPI Contracts software experience
