The team you will be a part of The Manufacturing Maintenance team plans, prioritizes and manages technical service activities to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that customer service agreements are fulfilled. Develops, evaluates and reviews technical service procedures and standards. Monitors the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction standards.This role in summary

Lead the Tool Room team for both Stamping & Plastic Injection processes dedicated for Laundry & Refrigeration,with spirit of winning & One Whirlpool mindset, to comply with maintenance & operation KPIs and continuously improving through the implementation of WCM Methodology.

Your responsibilities will include

Manage and maintain a corrective and preventive maintenance system that ensures the operation of assets such as molds and dies, complying with safety, quality, productivity, cost and environmental approaches.

Ensure that the team has correct and clear information needed to deliver KPIs crucial for business.

Implement maintenance improvement projects focused on eliminating equipment stoppages, reducing costs and improving safety.

Budget control & monitoring for the area.

Ensure the implementation of improvement projects through WCM methodology & CAPEX.

Skill trades development & succession planning.

 

Minimum requirements

 

Engineering Degree

5 years experience leading people, knowledge in maintenance management systems, diagrams/drawings, project management and basic finance.

Intermediate English (written and spoken)

G-Suite basic knowledge (G-mail, Sheets, Documents, Presentations)
