We are the people behind the people who keep saving lives. **Job Summary:** The Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics will support the operational framework of the US commercial marketing organization witha primary focus on measuring and optimizing the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives. This role is critical for tracking and improving lead generation and conversion processes, analyzing the impact of all marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, and assessing the sales impact of leads generated at industry conferences and events. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, marketing technology expertise, and a deep understanding of how marketing efforts drive revenue growth in the medical device industry. **Responsibilities** + Develop and implement metrics and methodologies to measure the ROI of key Americas marketing activities and other commercial initiatives focusing on tracking and disseminating leads across campaigns/channels, evaluating effectiveness of campaigns, and measuring sales impact of leads generated from conferences and events. + Create dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance metrics, enabling actionable insights for marketing campaign performance and leadership decision. + Presents findings to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance ROI. + Manage and automate lead capture and measurement reports within assigned marketing technology platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo), marketing campaigns, conferences and other events, to ensure accurate data capture and integration. and maximizing data accuracy. + Monitor lead quality and conversion rates providing feedback to sales teams, event management teams, and product management or other stakeholders as appropriate to optimize targeting strategies. + Track and analyze post-event metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue attribution, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance future event strategies and resource allocations. + Partner with sales, finance, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals. + Serve as primary liaison between marketing function and other internal data analytics, IT, and system administration teams. + Track marketing budget for advertising, conferences, and other initiatives providing insights and recommendations for cost-effectiveness. + Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards (e.g. FDA, GDPR, MDR) and maintain detailed documentation of marketing processes, campaigns, and lead-tracking mechanisms. **Expected Areas of Competencies:** + Knowledge of ROI analysis techniques and methodologies. + Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). + Analytical skills with knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. + Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data insights to stakeholders. + Experience measuring the effectiveness of advertising and conference-related marketing activities. + Analytical mindset, possessing the ability to synthesize multiple datasets into key insights and recommendations. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Highly collaborative and results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated industry. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, product management, or commercial operation roles or related field. Experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry preferred. + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data analytics, or related field.
