Principal Responsibilities:· Contributes to adiverse team to enable industry-leading department in clinical and operation analytics, with a focus on delivering optimized solutions value for Innovative Medicine stakeholders.
· Lead and manage multiple smaller scope projectsthat facilitate gaining deep insight into clinical and operation data for relevant business partners in GD and clinical therapeutic areas.
· Contribute to the definition and development of new processes forclinical and operation datacapture, dataintegration and ingestion, master data managementstrategy that facilitates roll out of analytics and reporting strategy for relevant business partners in GD and clinical therapeutic area stakeholders.
· Maintaining the governance of business concepts (terms and definitions with related hierarchies, business rules, data ownership, etc.) in support of the business processes.
· Developing and maintaining the user requirements and related logical data model related to technical built and validation of the Master Data Management hub.
· Overseeing the data quality of the data contained in the Master Data Management hub in close collaboration with Data Stewards and a third-party providing data cleansing services.
· Coordinate with teams responsible for the development and validation of the technical solution implementing a Master Data Management hub and its related data services.
· Developing and maintain the necessary Master Data Management processes to manage the master data and the use of it
· Contribute toshort- and medium-termstrategy, overseeing the development, monitoring and reporting on successful execution of annual goals and objectives.
· Contribute to establishing an internal and external benchmarking network facilitating the distillation of best data integration and analytics practice from leading organizations externally while also contributing to best practices from internal teams within JJ.

Education and Experience Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Computer Science is required.
· Individual should have a relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience working within Data Governance and/or (Master) Data Management platforms covering clinical development in the Pharma and/or Life Sciences sector(s)
